Please Adjust Titan Extreme Casting Times Due To Unaddressed Lag Issues

I know some people have no problem with Titan Extreme, but some people also probably aren't affected by the lag problems that more than "a few" people seem to be having.

Since the lag problem is CLEARLY not being addressed or even acknowledged in the countless threads being made about it, the least they could do is adjust the actual game to make it slightly easier to dodge Landslides / Weight of the Land. I'm not talking about making them brain dead slow, but even a minor adjustment would probably help when countless people say "I was out of that."

I wish they would at least acknowledge that this is a real issue.
