which tank do you prefer to heal?

well I've been a lvl 50 warrior for a week or so now , slowly getting my ilvl up but whilst im enjoying warrior I've been wondering recently if Healers prefer paladins for the damage reduction of shield oath , I often feel i take a cubic feckton of damage compared to a paladin and only cd rotation and larger health pool keeps me standing..
Its not like im having a huge problem of course , happilly tanking hm's and just need titan before getting my bravura but I have had a few tough runs and they always make me question my abilities.
I'm considering leveling the paladin up and going with it as a main role as i've yet to buy any job locked gear but thought I'd get the healers perspective first

so whats best for you guys? Warrior or Paladin ?

It actually doesn't matter honestly as long as the tank is geared... I have healed both and there is no difference...

reason i say this is:
scholar has shields which combined with auto heals of fairy can pretty well keep a warrior tank high health most of the time and our lustrate heals based off of % not a flat amount.

whm can keep a paladin topped off without much trouble, big heals plus more damage mitigation than warrior means a whm should in theory have less trouble/mana burn from healing a pld.

BUT... imho i have seen so very little difference from the above statements that it doesnt make much of a difference. Im main scholar and i feel like ive gotten used to how to heal both rather easily. i tend to use more shields on warriors and less on paladins. but thats just my personal belief.

imo I prefer paladin - they just have better defence

This in WAR's case
PLDs are easier to manage MP with for me personally unless the WAR knows what they're doing

Personally I prefer WAR. PLD are less spikey over long periods of constant damage (read: lots of auto attacks), but being able to use Inner Beast for every Mountain Buster, every Death Sentence, etc? Makes healing WAR extremely easy.

I prefer to heal wars too, because a good warrior pretty much cancels all spike damage
