One way Exping broken in game

Dear SE,
Please match exp (and bonus) gained in dungeons to killing mobs out in the field.

I can't stand dungeons anymore, I've done them so much I nearly have an adverse reaction when I join them, it really nearly makes me physically ill.

Fates? No thanks, who learns how to do anything in fates other than spamage?

Please let me go OUTSIDE somewhere and chain mobs. why?
1.) its outside
2.) i can see the game
3.) i can see the sun
4.) i can see the moon
5.) i can see the weather
6.) i can meet new people
7.) i can pause whenever i want and won't get kicked
8.) i don't have to commit any time
9.) i don't have to wait for queue time
10.) i don't have to wait on afkers
11.) i can learn my job!


If you're really feeling generous please give us another way to obtain myths NON INSTANCE!

ideas:
1.) random myth hunt log. lvl50 mobs. different tiers? myths for rewards
2.) lvl50 NMs (soloable? non soloable?)


i'm really sick of all the instanced stuff

You could always do leves or all the random quests people tend to forget. And there's also farming open world for rare crafting items.

However, if it literally makes you physically ill, then you should stop playing games altogether.

Go see the real sun, the real moon, and get some real air.

I don't like the running back and forth questing
I don't like the running to get leves fight for 5 mins run back

I like to mindlessly slaughter things

I don't want to see the real sun or the real moon, i already breath real air

I would like to be out in the world in the game and not be restricted to instance dungeons

It doesn't sound like you've done battle craft leves. For the most part, running around mindlessly killing things is exactly what you do. You also get gear from random chests. You can also catch a fate here and there in between. You can also kill random enemies in certain areas in between that drop rare loot. You can also pick up a random mission that might yield something beneficial.

And you don't run back to turn them in, you warp back when you're finished.

This is EXACTLY what you are looking for. There's the escort missions, but you can just skip those.

I always buddy up for leve farming when I can. You can increase the difficulty to max, and link your leve to theirs.

There is actually nothing preventing you from doing this. Your only limitation is getting some people together to do it.

The point of dungeons is to learn how to play your class in a party.

Before the update, all the fresh 50s did not know how to play in a party because they just grind their class out to lvl 50. We called them 'Fate Grinders'

I think dungeons should get more exp rewards.

This is a MMORPG. If you don't like playing with people, then stick with single player games.

What's stopping you from going and chaining mobs right now? It's my primary way of leveling up, plus my chocobo gets exp, too. It might not be the most efficient way of leveling a class or job, but it's the way I enjoy doing it. Maybe I'm too old fashioned.

Try setting up a PF for chaining mobs. You'll find that there are actually other people that enjoy that style, too! The game isn't supposed to be a race to get to the end as fast as you can, at least not in my opinion. Enjoy playing the way you want to.

My opinion is dungeon exp is fine where it's at. With all the increases that have already been made to dungeon exp, there's very few people fate grinding anymore. Compared to pre-2.1 levels at least. The DD fate in N Than was nerfed so people couldn't chain 100k experience from it anymore. The kill experience for dungeon mobs and bosses was almost tripled, and then the Party Finder and Duty Roulette were introduced. I've received 270k exp before, just as the roulette bonus. While there may not be enough to properly satisfy
the OP outside of dungeons, I think boosting dungeons any more might leave any other leveling alternative in the dust.



@OP Try setting up a PF group for Peisteskin Treasure Maps, with a good party, and just a little luck, you can make 65+ myths in an hour, also it's a great way to spiritbind

Personally, I'd love to see the FATES tweaked a bit again in some fashion to make it a valid option again for DPS classes because dungeon cues as DPS are the longest. I think the dungeon duty roulette is working ok, but please for the love of the maker let me cue for it and get the bonus with at least 1 other person in my party. It's Kinda frustrating when I get penalized (lose the bonus exp) for cueing with a friend for dungeons as it is now.
