Scaled abandon penalty suggestion
Hello. I think it is unfair that a tank, who has very little wait time in DF or DR, has the same penalty for quitting than a DPS, for example. The DPS will have to wait the penalty plus his wait time.
The penalty could be scaled by the average wait time, so for example if the average wait time of a DPS is 30 min., a healer is 15 min. and a tank is 1 min., you could have 30 min penalty for the DPS, 45 for the healer and 59 for the tank, so that the real time each one will have to wait for a new run would be about the same.
This way quitting would have about equal cost for everybody. You don't even have to know the exact cost beforehand, you will know it when you quit: your penalty is...X.
A real mean player will sabotage so that they kick him with no penalty time, but there are not that many mean people willing to openly be seen as that.
