Error when trying to register my PS3 copy [11070][-2140073976]

I just want to register my PS3 copy!

I have tried:
-Rebooting my PS3.
-Rebooting my modem.
-Enabling cookies and other crap on PS3 browser.
-Reinstalling FF.

Sometimes it lets me log in then sometimes it doesn't, its all down to luck.
When something goes wrong, it's always the same crap:

The server is not responding.

I have Googled this to find completely unanswered/ignored topics, I am getting fed up.
Wasn't this issue supposed to have been resolved last year?
Someone said that it means the server is full, yet I can log on my PC version just fine...

Edit: Typical, after posting a thread I get lucky and it works. Resolved.
However please try to fix this, you are leaving hundreds of players confused and you're possibly losing out on potential customers.
