Issue with quest: A Performance for the Ages

Time: 2:50pm, est
Frequency: noticed the problem yesterday evening around 7:05pm est and have continued to check back every hour or so.
World name: Gilgamesh
Character name: Kit Garlan
NPC name: Hulking Hog Carcass
Monster name: Hulking Hog Carcass
Class/Level: Arcanist/50
Party or solo: Solo
In-game time: 7:49pm - server, 5:11pm - eorzea
Area and coordinates: Urth's Gift in South Shroud, coords - (30,24)
Steps:
1. Right-clicked on Hulking Hog Carcass to interact, nothing happened
2. Changed camera angle and position, repeated step 1, nothing happened
3. Tele'd to another area (Mor Dhona), tele'd back, repeated step 1, nothing happened
4. Logged out, repeated step 1, nothing happened
5. Left the area, ran a dungeon, came back to area, repeated step 1, nothing happened
6. Logged out for a couple of hours, repeated step 1, nothing happened
7. Logged out for several hours, repeated step 1, nothing happened

Updating to this thread, and also showing that this person is not the only one affected by this bug: Checked in at 5:21 PM EST, 2/2/2014, carcass still there, unable to click on carcass to retrieve item. Would appreciate a fix so that we - there are a lot of people affected by this - can finish our Crystal Tower quest. Thank you.
