suggestion on deffrent ways for pve

I would like a few areas in the world for party's up to 4 to 8 people almost like a open world dungeon the areas would have elite mob / raid mobs the deeper in the dungeon you go the more difficult mobs would get. These elite mobs/ raid mobs would drop rare recipes for crafting at a low % drop rate and some of the mats needed to craft them.

The crafted armors form there areas would be unique item lvl 90 or 95 and look amazing and has no materia stat cap for these armors but will not be easy to get. At the bottom of these dungeons at random once or twice a day there be a portal that will spawn for a short time you and your party can go in and fight a boss that will drops usefull loot and other mats the boss will be no push over though.
