Crash

Lets me log in. Select character. Then it crashes. Tried suggestions from FAQ but no luck.

Essentially I am locked out.

I tried a program reset too. Watched the intro videos...still no luck...

Unistall reinstall

tried it. no luck. txs. Time to move on.
