Is it possible for other CE owners to get these two special in-game items btw? Fat chocobo mount is awesome :( I just had to get the game on PC last year with CE and early access...

It was said during the announcement of the ps4 ce edition that the rewards are for all ce versions and not just ps4.
As soon as the ps4 edition is released you should be able to find your rewards in your moogle mail assuming you have the ce version of ffxiv. -
