Housing Ward Market Boards

Upon scouring the Wards of each Housing district I noticed the various Market Boards currently in place (though disabled at the moment.) In the Mist there's one at the entrance and one outside Plot 30. In the Goblet there's one at the entrance and another very hidden below Plot 21.

However, I can't seem to find the Market Boards in Lavender Beds. Upon closer inspection it's possible that these circular posts could very well be the market boards in question. However, there's almost 20(!) of these in the entire zone. Some of them are in very questionable locations (hidden in foliage etc.) And as there are only two Market Boards in the other zones I'm starting to doubt these round objects.

Do you think these posts in the ground will be the Market Boards in Lavender Beds? It's going to be one of the factors in choosing which house location I desire (^_^)
