Player / FC Housing

Since housing is SO EXPENSIVE, to stimulate the market they should implement a new gane function <drum roll>

The Lalafell International Bank of Eozrea

The main banking concern of the LIBE would be securing loans for FC's and players of means to purchase land and construction of homes. Secondary markets could develop based on need, such as loans of gil for players.

Naturally only Lalafell's will be permitted to sit on the LIBE board of governors and key membership rolls would be held by NPC's.

Interest rate would be based on server location, population, inflation rates, FC / player game time or creation time, FC / Player ingame credit rating

Payment schedules based on 1 to 12 month calendar. Additional months could be purchased

Payments would be GIL based only and payment directly removed from FC / player bank.

Debt collectors could be employed after 1 missed payment and would be handled by securing Primals to act on behave of LIBE. Since Primal's operate as independent contractors no liability of FC / player harm could be accessed to LIBE.

If the debt could not be paid off, foreclosure process would occur after three missed payments.

Foreclosure sales would be held semi annual and the LIBE could then introduce a third revenue stream from holding auction of property and or contents of said houses
