Problem with progression in Bahamuts Coil

My group and myself on Excalibur were trying to continue our run of Coil turn 4 this week when it stated that someone had progressed further than the leader but none of us had done so considering we are a static. When I passed the leader to one of my members, he tried taking us in and stated that it said "Bahamuts Coil Turn 4." It took us all in after going through everyone in our party but instead of taking us to turn 4, it took us to turn 5. This is not the first time I have heard of this glitch. Please if anything can be done to possibly take us back to turn 4 it would be much appreciated considering we can only go in once a week and most of the drops we need are from that turn.
