Starlight Celebration Contest (item not in mail)

Hi all

I just popping on here as I've not been successful finding information here or from support. I was wondering if anyone has, had their Starlight contest item the Ahriman Choker yet. It has been a while since the post notifying the winners here is a link.

I'm at number 79 my first thoughts where that it will take a while to get to every one but someone from my FC mentioned that other players on my server (Sargatanas)
have received it.

So I'm just asking if anyone from the Dev / forum side can help in my inquiries or if I need to contact a GM or anything I might of missed.

There have been a few others who haven't received their choker yet, myself included.

Like I said in my post there, I spoke to a NA player and they say they received theirs. I guess we'll have to contact support or something, not really sure how to go about it though.
