Toolbars

Is there a way to change the number of buttons on a specific toolbar?

I'd like to use only 1-5 of Toolbar 6 and place it next to another toolbar. As it stands all I can do it slide all 12 buttons to a point where 1-6 are where I want, and then 7-12 just run through the toolbar I want it next to. This isn't a problem until I want to drag / drop my abilities around, whereupon the overlapping toolbars are visible and annoying.

Second to this, instead of 1 row or 12, can we change a toolbar to be 2 rows of 6, 3 rows of 4 etc?
