Please change vote abandon functionality

Though the feature is lovely for when the party hits a brick wall, I would like to ask that a timer be added, eg. If person A initiates a vote abandon and the vote is rejected, Person A will be unable to initiate another vote abandon for the next 5 minutes.

Too many people are just spamming it after one wipe on a boss and sooner or later the motion is accepted not because the fight can't be done, but because it annoys the other players.
