Question about subscription payments

Hello

I wasn't really sure where to post this, so I hope this is the correct forum.

I am currently on the entry subscription option, but would like to be able to play two different characters on the same server. If I were to switch my subscription to Standard, would it bill me again for the full $14.99 or will it only bill me for the additional $2? and then bill me for the full $14.99 once the monthly time currently going has run out?

I still have two weeks of service on entry and don't want to forfeit it if I switch to standard, is why I am asking.
