Crystal Tower and large populations areas cause the game to crash

Ever since patch 2.1 was initiated I am no longer able to play this game in any highly populated areas. Once I enter a highly populated area such as Crystal Tower, Revenant's Toll, and FATEs like Odin and Behemoth, the game will crash instantly.

For example, I was in a Crystal Tower run and as soon as the first area boss fight started, my game crashed. When I tried to log back in, the game crashes again even during the loading screen.

When in Revenant's Toll, the game will be running smooth for a few minutes, then crash with the same error message as shown in the pic above.
As far as the mega FATEs like Odin and Behemoth, as soon as I can "see" either mob, the game crashes.

I've tried changing video settings, dropping them to the minimum levels, but that does not help. It also doesn't matter if the game is in full screen mode, or windowed mode.
I'm running two Radeon HD 7870s, and I've tried with CrossFireX on and off. I've also checked to make sure I have the latest video drivers.
I have 32GB of RAM, and I do normally play through a RAMDrive (set to 16GB), but after this problem occurred I even tried playing from a HD like normal, but that does not fix the problem either.
At this point I'm really out of ideas, so if anyone can think of something I can try on my end, please let me know. Otherwise, SE please fix what you broke in the game since patch 2.1 was implemented.

I also encountered problems with the Crystal Tower dungeon. My 2nd machine crashes to desktop when the final boss encounter is up, while my 1st machine is running just fine. The machine's specs are almost identical.
During this fight, when the end boss uses his massive AoE strikes/spells, it seems to trigger the crash and the game client quits to the desktop without any error message.
Attempts to log in and continue playing fail continuously. Either the client crashes right after character selection and loading the Crystal Tower. Or it crashes some time after, again when the boss is using his massive AoE skills.

When a program crashes, it will push out dump logs that give the exact reason why it crashed. Can you post the logs so we can take a look? Sounds like a Kernel Panic (or whatever Windows calls it)

here is the event log from yesterday's Crystal Tower session. There are about 6 entries in the event manager, all with the same exception code "0xc0000005" / error offset "0x008ecc7d".

Further, I updated to the latest NVIDIA beta drivers, namely 334.67.

**UPDATE**
The crash can be reconstructed.
It happens when Acheron uses either the green "windy" area spell or the spell with the red circles behind him.
Also, setting to the lowest possible graphics quality doesn't do the trick.

Any more ideas how to fix this? Maybe call for help @SE support?

**SOLUTION**
Uninstalling and installing anew FFXIV:ARR solved the issue.
BTW I didn't know there was no option to check or repair the FFXIV:ARR installation, so you're pretty much forced to uninstall completely.
Seems like the memory access violation was caused by a pointer pointing to a invalid resource location or something like that.
