Gil stolen while on dungeon!?

While I was fighting Ultima normal mode I had an announcement that a party member stole 32 gil from me.

This only happened once and I sure it was a glitch, but was wondering if others experienced this before?

Please feel free to provide picture evidence.

Did your gil really get deducted?
Are you sure it isn't a /emote "type whatever your message/action is here" thing?
eg /emote mugs 32 Gil from <t>

Sometimes players randomly get a dungeon buff that gives them the same ability as the Shifty Cow from Mass Effect. If they stand close enough behind you they just constantly siphon little bits of gil out of what you're carrying, but only to a maximum of what you've gotten during that dungeon run.

Ah is that even possible?

The chat box said "x stole 32 gil from you!"

Anyway it only happened once, cant say if my gil was truly stolen since its such a negligible amount.

Maybe it was a emote....unless this is the beginning of the thief class, lol

It was /em steals 32 gil from Ansem Tomoe. Type it in yourself. Surprised you haven't seen RPers using it.

Statement: It was those pesky Miq'ote. They are always pilfering things.
