Crimson Right Recruiting SCH for EndGame Static.

We, Crimson Right, are not really that large of an FC, but we do have one static and strong EG group that runs together. Due to some life issues our second healer can no longer play the game, so we are looking for a replacement! We would like someone who wants to grow and build a good/fun yet serious play environment!

We run lockout content on Mondays at 21:00 PST through up to 24:00 [or less, depending on breaks]
We run non-lockout bonus gearing content (extremes currently) Wendsdays at 21:00 PST through ~24:00
We use an EPGP system for DKP for drops [please inquire for more details].

Requirements:
- Good communication skills.
- At least full DL gear or better
- Relic or better/equivalent.
- Mumble server provided.
- Willingness to study fights prior to running them (even if that study is discussion PRIOR to raid).
- Acceptance of DKP drops.
- Use of scheduling system to denote when you cannot come (emergencies excepted)

If you dont mind me asking, do you guys clear coil every week? Do you prefer white mage or scholar?

yes we do, though usually with a pug and would like to get rid of that pug slot. having both is ideal, I am main WHM and ilvl.90 so would preffer scholar for most fights, but WHM is doable (we have a few SCH secondaries for t2 to pick from).
