Buying multiple houses?

I saw a lot of people talking about people being able to buy multiple houses a few weeks back (some complaining, some ok with it), but out of curiosity, I tried having my guild leader buy a second house, and he said he couldn't.

Is it true you can buy multiple houses somehow or..?

It's 1 house per FC. So unless an FC split in half or something and bought 2, then no. :)

SE had mention FC can have multi house, but we will know when we get there
