i log in and hit play then it says ffxiv stopped working. Cant be my pc cuz i built this thing when the game first came out to run it at highest specs. I did an update cuz i havn't played for a few months. it worked fine before.

What are your specs? What GFX card and have you updated the drivers anytime in the last few months?
Did you try going to FFXIV Config and trying set to default?
