Need monk gearing advice for non-Coil contents

So I originally started the game as monk but as my FC progressed into Coil, I switched completely to tank in order to progress (we had too many DPS players). Now that I finished gearing my Warrior for t1-4 farm and t5 progression, I believe it's time to come back and play Monk seriously for contents outside of coil. The monks in my group are pretty well-geared at this point that I think I can take some gears from it and with t1-5 becoming farmable in 2.2, it's not that big a deal anymore. This is what I'd like at the moment:

Accuracy is not a concern as I don't use monk in coil at all. Right now, I have the Hellish Claw and will be taking the 3rd Allagan Baghnakhs and 3rd Cuirass of Striking that might drop for our group. Is this a good build? I focused on Crit and Det since SS is meh at most.

Compared to your set, the only real difference from mine is the Melee Gaskin and the Allagan Sollerets. Can you explain why you'd take the Melee Gaskin over the Allagan Trouser or is it just cause you spent Myth on it? It's true that the Allagan Sollerets might be better than the Melee Boots since determination is weighted more than crit.

I've been using Allagan Trousers way before I decided to purchase Melee Gaskins, DET+17 is better than Skill Speed+24 and Critical Hit Rate+34. Also Hero's Ring of Slaying and Allagan Ring of Striking is better than Vortex Ring.

I can't imagine that being true.
I don't like SS that much and I love det, but for a no-accuracy set the Allagan pants must be better.
It would have to have a negative effect for you to even consider it. (Though honestly, I would trade 34 crit for 14 det. Still, SS's weight isn't 0 or relatively negligible enough for that trade)

I am aware that:
*Determination has linear gain
*DET increase the effectiveness of SS and Crit
*That Crit has diminishing returns and is useless when we use Bootshine becuase of autocrit
*SS has some stat weight but very low because it doesn't affect DOTs and auto-attacks
*More SS contribute to TP starvation

I want my Allagan Trousers to be better, if someone can provide me better information that will make Allagan Trousers better than Melee Gaskins for outside coil then I will be more than happy to change my non-coil gear set.

Assuming the stats weight you provided above, Allagan Trouser is 9.31 while the Melee Gaskins is 5.593 since Accuracy is useless outside of Coil. Doesn't that mean the Allagan Trouser is better?

I removed the stat weights I have listed because I searched more about it and there are too many stat weight variations out there. And I didn't want to leave it posted becuase I actually used different stat weights from a few weeks ago, my mistake. And yes, if what I provided were the true stat weights then Allagan pants will win. I don't know why I fail to see that before maybe I didn't calculate it right the first time. Like I said, I fail at math but thanks. I can now enjoy my full Allagan look until everyone can agree on which is the correct stat weight is for ilvl90 MNK.
