Heel fixes it for me. I've only seen her do it once but that is because before 2.1 I got into the habit of using Heel after every fight due to Eos/Selene deciding to pull all the things with the place bug thing.

Turn 1 is the only place I see this happen. I just resummon her since WHM is rebuffing everyone anyways but it's weird.
