I did my relic quest and already upgraded it to +1, but for some reason I can't get the coil quest.
I noticed I didn't grab Garuda HM quest, so I went back got it, beat her, and the next quest it wanted me to do is Garuda EX.
I read that once you beat Garuda HM you have to do Titan HM and then you can get the coil quest. So I beat Titan HM again. Yet still it won't give me the coil quest. So whats going on?
