you will receive them the day that CE is released for PS4, as well as a free download for the game client on PS4. No worries.
Yeah, Yoshi already stated in the Live Letter that everyone who already has the ARR Collector's Edition, either PC or PS3, will get the new PS4 CE bonus items as well added automatically to your account when the PS4 version launches. So don't worry about missing out! :D
