help im on a laptop

when i started i didnt mean to hit gamepad and i even went into charcter custumize and clicked on the mouse but i still cant get kb to work and only way i can use ASWD is hold ctrl down at same time how can i change and fix this issue...thx tim

You're welcome! That setting is there for gamepad users on the PC so they can just start typing to chat instead of having to press the extra key.
