M-Sized House Need Clarification

I don't know if this has been clarified yet, but are the medium houses for legacy servers lowering to 30mil or 15mil?

There are several reductions being applied, so it's kind of hard to clarify to a single answer. If you want to know the purchase price of the least expensive medium plot of land in mid-March, on legacy worlds, that would be 14,880,000. Unless SE announces more price changes.

There are a limited number of plots, so they all may be bought by then. New plots, according to SE, will be posted at the initial price, which would be 30,000,000. Then those prices would gradually reduce to half over 90 days. Unless SE announces changes to that policy.
