Crash every new updates from SE.

Details: Ever since i had updated my game to patch 1.16, everything have been chaos when ever i played FFXIV. Every time theres a new patch that need to download, by the time it finish download and goes to installing the patch, it will crash.
Steps:
1. I click on the FFXIVboot.exe to start up. It shows up to check for updates and start downloading updates.
2. Waiting until falling asleep during updates, sometimes it takes too long.
3. Once it finish download it install itself as soon it reach 90% or above it crash.

Date & Time: Every time there a new version update.
Frequency: Always during updates.
