Seems this npc was involved in a previous issue with another quest. He currently refuses to talk with me even though he has the marking over his head to be the next to talk with in the quest. A MNK was also trying to talk with this npc and having the same problems.
World: Ragnarok
NPC: Brucemont
Quest: Lance of Fury
Job: 35 DRG
Party: Solo
Time: 14:30pm GMT
Tried changing jobs, areas, talking to other npcs. Nothing worked.
