NPC AUPHILIOT bugged

South Shroud Buscaron's Druther

Tried turning in Shadows of the Empire quest but NPC would not respond. I have tried logging out and logging back in 3 times and even abandoned the quest. The NPC still does not respond. He does however have the ! quest marker available now that I have dropped the quest but I am unable to talk to him to get the quest again.
