ilvl 70 paladin looking for endgame fc

I have passed and mastered all basic endgame content, working on doing my first ct and turns. I am looking for a semi hardcore fc with voice chat of some type. I have varied availability so it makes it hard to be part of static groups. Thank you for your consideration.
