Inquiring about Account Transfer

Hi all!

I come to you for a hope of information requiring something I've been wanting to do for a while. I'm a Playstation 3 user (eventually trying to aim for Playstation 4 once it is localized in NA), and I have played a good deal into the game on one of my account. However I have started a new account and wish to pick up from there, and I hope that there might be a way or some news regarding if there is a way to transfer my data from my one account on PSN to my other on PSN.
