Unable to Check Version when opening Launcher

I took about a month or two break from the game and wanted to start playing again. I go to open it and the launcher downloads couple things then goes to check the version and says its Unable to complete version check. [30605][10009][19900][12004]

I've uninstalled/re-installed. Deleted everything off computer relating to it. I've messed with compatibility. I've done just about everything people have posted in other topics and other forums and nothing works for me. Would love any help with this since i just payed for a 90 day sub again and cant even open the launcher.
