Collector's Edition Item Key Code

I already had FFXIV ARR: Standard Edition. Will I be able to buy a new Collector's Edition (digital Download) to get a key to redeem for bonus items into my previous Standard Edition Account?
The bonus item key is seperated from ID key?

I wouldn't like to use an upgrade to become collector's edition, I just want bonus item key and the ID key, Iwill give it to someone.
Will it be possible?

When 2.0 launched there was a $10 "upgrade" option for ppl who had standard addition that just gave you the bonus item redeem code for your account. I assume it is still available if you go to Square site.
