Translation bug in The Navel (Hard)

Time: Any time
Frequency: Every time
World name: Any world
Character name: Any character
NPC name: None
Monster name: Titan
Class/Level: Any Class at 50 level
Party or solo: Party or solo
In-game time: Any time
Area and coordinates: The Navel (hard)
Steps:
1. Enter The Navel (Hard) via Duty finder
2. Fight Titan until it uses gaol on a character
3. The character will be given a debuff, the name of the debuff in English client is "Determination down" while the name is "ダメージ低下" (Damage down) in Japanese client.
