PS3 Threads versus Internet Forums.

While on PS3 login screen I am shown a 'News' and 'Topics' section of the internet forums. There are numerous issues with these forums.
1. There is no way to scroll down. I can see at least one more thread I can not click or read the title of.

2. The hotlinks provided never work. Example, the post 'That Old Black Magic (01/17/2014)' has a blue link at the bottom that says 'details' when clicked nothing happens even if 1-2 hours is waited.

3.The threads shown on the PS3 login screen are taken from a variety of places in the official forums(here). When coming to these forums, to try the non working links on PC, or to gather more information, I really have no idea where to begin looking. So every time I would like to find these threads and more related threads on this forum, I have no way of knowing where the information displayed on the PS3 is coming from.
