Is "PvP" farming allowed?

Is that allowed?
As far as i know in any decent pvp game out there it is not allowed to "organize" fake matches.
I guess he didnt like me pointing at how lame that was... i have been promptly removed from the LS. :D

Not gonna take this game seriously anymore and im jumping on a different boat that shall not be named but im still curious :D
Is that... "normal" for the FFXIV community? In most PVP games you get suspended/banned for this (if you get caught), but then again FFXIV isnt exactly a PvP game.
What do you all think about it?

Well, wintrading/boosting/whatever you want to call it is a problem in every game that has PVP elements sadly. Just don't associate yourself with those guys. I'm unsure if SE will do anything about it.

They probably wont. Im not sure i will bother to report.
But i am curious about everyone's view on this.

I like to think im good enough to not having to get "around" rules, but i have been told i "care too much".

This sucks but does not matter atm. There is no ladder, rating or gear that is hard to get... It is actually a consequence of the 4v4 queue being empty all day...

I would like to see through those black paint lines tho... AH! the curiosity.

I wouldn't call it naive/old/carebear, I can't speak for the FFXIV community but in the game I played before FFXIV wintraders got alienated/laughed at/farmed pretty hard for the most part until most of the good players left for reasons such as terrible publisher and so on.

It's not PvP farming. It is win Trading. Very common occurrence in the PvP Scene.

And no its not allowed.

I didnt ask if it was "common" ;)
I started pvping in daoc more than ten years ago and i know its common, there are cheaters of any kind on any game.
I want to know if its considered "legit" by the FF community.
