Limitbreak damage
I've done some testing with my brother awhile back and it seemed like cooldowns such as blood for blood did not improve the damage of a single target limitbreak.
It seemed as only the weapon damage or overall damage determined the damage of the limitbreak.
Anyone knows if this is correct?

As far as I know, resulting damage is based on team's overall Weapon Damage.
When I see mage LB on WP last pack, for example, the damage is much higher in relic party than in party with one 50lvl guy.
And if I'm not wrong, it doesnt matter who will use LB - if it's based on team, then best way to use LB with 2 monks is to leave LB for monk with lowest DPS, because anotther one will deal more damage while weaker will be casting LB.

If its like you say that its based on team damage more than individual damage then yes but that seems kinda weird somehow.

It's party based. It takes a collective sum from all your members WD and gives you a number; that number is fixed regardless of cooldowns or whoever uses it. You are actually better off having your lowest DPS member use the limit break, as it will incapacitate them while doing so.
Somebody on Reddit tested this a while back, you can find the topic here.
