Solution to Summoner (and possibly) other Job complaints

Just got done with a somewhat lengthy conversation with some linkshell members, and for a bit we talked about how underwhelming the XIV primal aspects were in comparison to their XI counterparts. One of my LC members came up with an interesting concept that would address this complaint while still maintaining balance and performance issues.

Instead of having Limit Breaks designated to the broader roles of the game, why not instead assign each class it's own unique Limit Break? For Summoner, a Level 3 Limit Break could unleash the full power and force of the primal aspect they currently have summoned, causing it to temporarily take on the form of the true primal to do massive damage. In addition to quelling the complaints about how underwhelming each Egi is, it may even go so far as to offer each Egi a variation on the Limit Break. Perhaps Ifrit LB3 does massive single target damage - something to be used on a boss, whereas Garuda may do massive AoE damage.

Maybe Titan can offer up a party-wide Stoneskin II, or something to that effect?

Continuing on to other classes, Black Mages wouldn't really need to change - They still get their flare balls and their meteors. White Mages would probably still keep their Raise 3 + Fullheal, but Scholars might change over to perhaps a partywide Regen II?

Paladins would probably keep the current Defensive LB (If it has a name, I don't know it - I've only seen it once, out of curiosity), though I'm not sure what Warriors would get. Maybe a partywide damage increase, or a partywide Mighty Strikes?

The melee DD classes probably wouldn't change too much, other than maybe having their own unique LB animations.

And for god's sake - let's give Archers/Bards something more akin to their role. Having Heal/Raise is beyond idiotic.
