2 questions (about playing from 2 different PCs)

Hi all!

I'm playing from 2 different PCs - my home PC and my laptop when I'm at work, they're on different IPs.

1) Why is my inventory (the 4 tabs) garbled up when I play from my laptop? I have turned off any inventory sorting even but that didn't help (though I didn't try to sort my inventory on the laptop since I'm afraid it'll be mess it up when I'm on my home PC).

2) Can anything be done to stop the auto-changing of my password every time I try to log-in from my laptop? I keep switching back and forth and (almost) every time I try to log-in on my laptop I have to reset/change my password (I get that security email from SE that someone is trying to login). Can I add my IP or do something to prevent that?

In regards of 1 - I have no clue - I play on PS3 and PC and have not experienced such issue.

In regards of 2 - Once you've logged from a certain location (public IP addres) and / or device at least one it will not lock your password anymore. If you'd still experience the issue the best is to use the one time pasword - it's not only more secure but also completely removes this password lockout "security" fearure. You can either purchase a hardware dongle (it's also part of the Colectors Edition of the game) or use sofware app for Android or iPhone (unlucky though if you're using windows smart phone) - it's called SQEX TOKEN.

2) When I try to login from my laptop it keeps giving me a "Temporary Service Suspension" and sends me an email to change my password, I do that and then I can login with the new password. I'm afraid I won't be using the 1-time password too (not going to upgrade to collector's and I don't own an android/iphone).

It's just annoying, nothing else.

You can buy a SE token seperately. They raised the price by a dollar when the game went live. I'd recommend going that route rather than an android app.

Frankly - I prefer to use smartphone app to extra dongle as I have the phone witn me all the time and I don't need to carry extra gadget with me otr worry about it to be lost or damaged so if you already have phone capable of running the app I see almost zero benefit in using the dongle (note that I ave CE with dongle included but I don't actually use it for already mentioned reasons). As you can't connect more than one dongle / ap to the same service account the app is winner for me in such case.
