Hildebrand quest

Hi can anyone tell me where to start the Hildebrand quest?

Wymond in Ul'dah starts off the Hildibrand quest line. But you have to be level 50 in order to undertake them.

Since my acquaintance with the Gentleman Detective in Version 1, I have tried to emulate him as much as possible when questing. Applying all my (admittedly inferior) tenacity, intuition and perspicacity to all my endeavours.

So, to me, every quest is a Hildebrand quest.
