What time do they have loot reset as est? And is crystal tower the only place that have limit on loots?
Reset is at 10 AM EST currently. Crystal tower is the only endgame content that lets you keep running til you get a drop that you want. The binding coil of bahamut only lets you do each turn once (5 mini-raids, basically) per week, whether you get a drop or not. There is also the mythology tome cap. All three of those reset Monday at 10 AM EST every week.
