I get disconnected when entering or leaving an instance. Whether it be a duty or switching from certain mission situations that require I be alone and not in a group to do them.
It will sit there and look like its loading for about a minute, then send me to the error screen and ask me to log in again.
This is very irritating when I am trying to do a random dungeon or duty with friends and I am the only one to get disconnected.
