cant finish story with out that robe please help me
You probably need to file a support ticket in-game to get this fixed. The technical support forums are mostly for advice from other players and posting here will likely not get a response from anyone that can really help.
Did you try abandoning and re-taking the quest? Or was the robe something you received before the start of the quest? Sorry been a long time since I did this quest.
