Gamepad QoL suggestion

I use a controller to play the game on PC, and it's great, except for this one small thing.

Basically, during combat, I want my controller set to Hold mode, so I don't accidentally hit a skill instead of switching targets (for example) because I didn't realize the L2/R2 was toggled when I didn't intend for it to be. However, when crafting/gathering (especially fishing!) I want the controller in Toggle or Mixed mode so I don't have to keep holding the triggers down. Having to go into the settings every time to change this is a bit of a hassle, and forgetting to change from one mode to another has caused problems as well.

What I'm suggesting is that a macro/text command be added to switch the controller button mode between Hold/Toggle/Mixed without having to fish through the settings menu every time we want to change this, because each of these settings is really best for a different situation.
