Emblem/Medals Display incorrect

When I post a new post (may just be quick reply as that's all I do) it displays me with 1 gold star and 4 silvers,

But when I hit refresh it shows me with 2 gold stars and 4 silvers.

I also noticed its just adding on the gold star atthe front.

this gets add to front of my emblem http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/images/misc/kin.gif

Edit: After posting this it displays correct, most likely because it reloads the page, so quick reply will display my emblem incorrect for me until refresh.

Edit 2: Even if it originally displayed me with 2 gold which it just did, soon as I did my edit above it put me back down to 1 gold star XD so defiantly quick reply.
