So I finshed all of the questing log for "A Relic Reborn" and it has led me to Ifrit. Unfortunately I check the Duty Finder only to find it wasnt there. I restarted the game multiple times in attempt to fix this bug but no avail. Help?

You have to accept the quest at the walking sands, then there is a crystal that you need to touch to make it available...
