Anyone else having problems getting their Vet Rewards? I was charged earlier this month for my 4th month and still haven't received my 4th month reward. :(
Wish me luck with sending in a support ticket. Already tried in game and got a generic go to the website response. Tried the email today so hopefully they will get to it this week.

There is no 4 month reward. You get them at 1,2,3,6 and 9 months

There is no 4th month reward. Right now you get a reward for subscribing 1 month, 2 months, 3 months, then 6 months, then 9 months.
Oh, well thank you guys. I feel like the fool now :o
I see what I did, for some reason I was seeing rank 4 as in 4 months. HA!
