Not able to get Title Archmage

Hello,
I am writing to show a bug in the game. I am not able to get my Title Archmage after completing all 3 magic classes/jobs. I have screenshots to show I have completed all the quest that was offered to me. I am a Legacy player so I don't know why it never changed over with the launch of 2.0. Also have searched for a similar bug but no one else seems to be having this problem or no one has tried to check I don't know.

I believe this has already been confirmed as a bug by SE and a fix will probably be in place for the next content update
