I just wanted to leave outstanding feedback for Gm Aesthphron. He/She was an active listener and took into account what I had issues with. I hope the investigation resolves in dealing proper justice ;)

I also want to express my thanks to GM Aesthphron for the help with an harassment matter I experienced this morning. S/he was very polite, cordial and listened to my account of what happened, having clearly already read the report I submitted which is always appreciated! I was assured the matter would be investigated further and truly felt as if it would be and not that I was being placated. SE has always taken these kinds of issues seriously, and I appreciate that the SE GM's work as hard as they do.

I'd also like to leave my own feedback about GM Aesthphron! They replied pretty quickly about my report earlier this morning. They were pretty patient, seeing as how I was tabbed out of the game when they sent me a tell about the report I made, they still replied back even though it took me a while to get to them. They'd already read my report, and asked me some questions to verify things. They were very nice throughout the entire thing, and asked me if I had any other questions before attending to other matters. They told me what the shortcut is to reply to tells after I asked (it's Alt+R for those that don't know!) before going on their merry way.
The only annoying thing about the whole experience was that I have no idea how to pronounce Aesthphron. D:
More feedback for GM Aesthphon~ I reported a bug today and he contacted me and asked me to show him where I encountered it (more of a glitch). So I showed them and we chatted a little after he asked a few more detailed questions then he warped me back to the town I was in.
He made a few spelling mistakes, we laughed a bit. This is the best experience I have had with a GM in any game. I appreciate all their hard work and all his/her hard work for escalating this to tech. Thank you for everything Aesthphron and all GMs!
